- 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮 - Hong Bang Branch - So after many days of waiting, the new branch of 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮 has officially opened and welcomed guests. Hearing this information, I immediately went to take some pictures and share them with everyone.

🌟Located at the end of a quiet alley. Shock and surprise is my feeling as soon as I step into the premises of the shop, it's been a long time since a cafe has a unique and Korean design like this new branch of 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮. Indeed, if anyone says this is a cafe in Korea, I will believe it without a shadow of a doubt, from the design of the somewhat rudimentary stone walls that you will encounter throughout the premises of the restaurant. restaurant, to the central flower garden and the interior and decoration here. 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮 Hong Bang is quite spacious and airy, plus the design of open space, surrounded by glass doors can absorb as much natural light as possible, tables and chairs are also arranged reasonably, creating a private space. for guests at each table. The shop has 2 floors, those who sit on the upper floor can still observe the central flower garden and the guests sitting below, making the distance between the 2 floors become closer together, creating a more cozy feeling. I think in the evening, when the shop lights up plus a little music, this flower garden area will be an ideal chill place for everyone to come here. Currently, the restaurant is only serving take away, I will definitely come back here a few more times when the situation is better and hope the restaurant will allow you to sit back at that time.

📋 About the menu of 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮 Hong Bang is not too diverse but just enough to satisfy the needs of coffee addicts like me and those who can't drink coffee. With the signature dish Latte that makes me stand still for 5 seconds because of its deliciousness, I think this will be the best seller in the near future of the shop, those who can't drink coffee, I really recommend that you try this dish too. 1️⃣ 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 - This is 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 's signature dish and also the one that I've seen a lot on Korean coffee review sites, always curious about the glossy fat layer on top, didn't know what it tasted like. Which has been enjoyed by mouth so far. The star of this dish is here, the creamy layer is smooth, slightly salty and sweet mixed with coffee, I'm telling the truth, if this whole cup of Latte was only the other layer of cream, I would eat it all. delicious way without feeling bored 😅. Speaking of which, I hope it's enough for everyone to be more confident when ordering this dish at 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮😁.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗟𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 - This is an interesting but somewhat familiar combination between espresso and Coca Cola, topping with a slice of fresh lemon on top. This dish personally I find quite refreshing, like cola coffee, but the coffee taste is more fragrant and the sweetness is more moderate, because coca-cola has gas, it also helps to be more refreshing when drinking.

3️⃣𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 - This cake, I think is no longer strange, as far as I remember, there are 4 flavors for you to choose including Traditional, Maple Syrup, Cheese and Garlic Butter. I ate the garlic butter and found it very flavorful, the cake layer has a slight crunch on the outside and still retains the porosity inside, suitable for eating with a cup of coffee in hand🧇☕️.

🌟Another plus point is that if you drink coffee when you come to 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝗮, you will be asked by the staff about the type of beans you want to use.
