- DA Da - Le Thi Rieng - The name RED Rock, I think there is no need to introduce too much because this is a 24/7 cafe brand that is too familiar to those who frequent the cafe, and even more dear. More familiar to those of you who are "night owls" who are hard at work running deadlines at the shop. Da Da has just launched a brand new and big branch located right at Phu Dong roundabout - the beginning of Le Thi Rieng street, just opened yesterday, so I took the opportunity to go right away to take a few pictures to share with everyone.

🌟About the design of DA Da - Le Thi Rieng, the shop has 3 spacious floors, I'm impressed with the moss green color of this new branch, making DA Da stand out in the middle of Saigon's crowded capital. The interior of DA Da is also very diverse, the design of DO Da's tables and chairs this time is quite unique and fancy. Because it is a 24/7 cafe, there will be no shortage of long tables for groups of friends to study or work together. Designed with 3 sides are large glass doors to catch the sun, so the natural light at DA Da is quite adequate, plus the view looking down at Phu Dong roundabout is quite good, I think sitting at this new branch When the night falls, it will also be very chill.

📋About the menu of DA Da is quite diverse when it comes to full range of traditional coffee dishes, machine coffee and cold brew coffee. Besides, the shop also serves fruit teas, milk teas, juices and iced dishes. And of course, the shop will have no shortage of desserts such as shaved ice, toast and other pastries to accompany. 1️⃣𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗮 - This is Hong Kong's signature milk tea, which is a combination of black tea and milk. Personally, I find this dish delicious, the taste of black tea is rich, the milk is heated to create a smooth foam layer, so it has a light fat taste, the sweetness is also pleasant, not too sweet, with a topping of frosting on the top to Chewing is also fun. If you like milk tea, you should not miss this dish

2️⃣𝗜𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗼 - This is the 2nd signature dish at DA Da that I use, it is a blend of 3 layers including coffee on top, fresh milk and caramel at the bottom. This dish has a clear coffee flavor, stirring with fresh milk and caramel will give a moderate sweetness, feeling like faint but stronger. If you like coffee, try this one.

3️⃣𝗟𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 - This is a cake filled with melted salted egg. The sandwich at Den Da is only baked after the customer orders to keep it hot and crispy. Its salted egg taste and saltiness are also evident. This is also a signature cake of DA Da. If you like salted eggs, I think you will be addicted to this dish.
