- 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼 - An Indochine-style cafe that I have only had the opportunity to go to until now. Today, there are also some inboxes who messaged me to try 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗳é , so last weekend I decided to visit the shop and share it with everyone.

🌟About the design of é , located opposite Nguyen Du stadium, below the lobby of Homestead Parkview hotel, it will be easy to see the outdoor space of é right before you step inside. restaurant, including tables and chairs in the balcony and down the street. This part of the space I think will be suitable for those who like to enjoy the fresh air or simply like to watch the traffic passing by, I came here in the morning and found it quite cool and quiet even though the shop is located in the center of the city. Center of District 1. Once inside, the shop is divided into 2 floors, and it must be said that it has been a long time since I had the opportunity to go to a cafe with such careful interior design. The most prominent are the chairs for guests to sit here are covered with velvet very carefully and luxuriously, the colors that 𝗖𝗮𝗳é used for the interior space are very intentional, all contrasting with the each other, making me attract my eyes from the moment I entered the shop. On the 2nd floor of 𝗖𝗮𝗳é , there are private rooms designed for those who need to meet or even organize events. 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗳é has rows of sofas and long tables for those traveling in large groups. Still like the open bar of 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼, it looks quite good, because it is an open bar, guests here can observe the entire process of making cakes and drinks.

1️⃣𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 - I've reviewed this coffee too much so I'm afraid people will get bored, but honestly, if you go more and drink more, you will see the difference in taste in each shop. 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 at 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗳é for me is a safe cup of coffee that you can order if you are in need of something to wake up in the morning. Aromatic coffee, milk is whisked to a gentle sweetness, this dish will be served with a cookie and a separate packet of sugar for those who like to drink it sweet.

2️⃣𝗧️o Ice - This dish includes pureed salted kumquat with ice and a little fresh octopus peel, the special feature of this dish I think is that é adds a little essential oil from the octopus peel to wake it up. aroma and added flavor. Personally, I find this dish delicious, very addictive to drink because the aroma of kumquat is clearly shown, there is a bit of salty taste of soot and it is not too sweet. This is a pretty good refreshment for hot days in Saigon.

3️⃣𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 - Again a familiar cake that I think even those who do not often eat cakes have at least tried it a few times. at é in my opinion is quite delicious, the crust is very crispy and spongy, the inside of the cake still retains its toughness, the aroma of butter is quite clear, I am quite surprised with this e 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼.
