Saigon coffee roastery 2
Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam • Cafe
- 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 - This is one of the first coffee shops that I went to since I started having the habit of going to coffee shops until now. I still remember the first time I went to the shop at Dang Thi Nhu branch not long ago, but a few days ago, when I ran past, I couldn't see the shop there anymore, so I'm happy to hear that 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 has just Grand Opening the house. Just this morning, so I decided to go right away and take some pictures to share with everyone.
🌟About the design of , hidden in a small alley on Vo Thi Sau street, so the shop was quite quiet at the time I came to the shop, if you like coffee with a garden, 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 will definitely make you satisfied, the new branch of the shop has a large yard in front and put a lot of trees here, creating a feeling of closeness to nature. But I think this area should only sit in the early morning or late afternoon and evening when the sun is less intense. The space inside the restaurant is also quite open, taking white tones as the main theme and not decorating too much, so it creates a comfortable feeling for you when sitting here. Tables and chairs in the restaurant are also arranged reasonably to create a certain sense of comfort and privacy for guests. If you like to watch the barista mix, there are still quite a few seats at the bar. The shop also has long tables suitable for those who go in large groups.
📋About the menu of 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 includes a full range of machine-brewed, manual-brewed coffee and cold brew coffee. Besides, the shop also serves teas, juices, cakes and even full meals. The menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.
🌟If you still remember 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 in Dang Thi Nhu, hurry up and try this new house. For those of you who have not been to 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 yet, what are you waiting for😊.
- 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘅 + 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 & 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 - These are the 2 coffee dishes I used at 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆.

1️⃣𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘅 + 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹: This is a coffee made by manual pour over method, the preparation tool is 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘅, the coffee beans are 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹.
🌟 Let's talk a little about 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘅:
- 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘅 bottle, with only-one-shape design (seamless) made entirely of glass. Its shape is large at the ends and tied in the middle like an hourglass or a slim waist. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘅 was invented by German chemist - Peter Schlumbohm in 1941.
- Personally, I find 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 seeds give off a sweet taste that can be felt clearly and lasts after drinking. The scent is also mild. If you like pour-over, please order it.

2️⃣𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲: this is 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 's cold brew coffee, I ordered it because the bottle is the main 😂, but when I tried it, the taste was okla, sweet and gentle, not too dark, probably because it was extracted from 100% Arabica beans (Da Lat) after 12 hours. If you like cold brew coffee, give it a try.
📋My menu is in the last picture📋
