- 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 - A brand new coffee has just appeared on Thu Khoa Huan street, District 1. I know the shop because I run across this street every day when I go to work, then accidentally saw it while the shop was still open. construction, only today had the opportunity to visit the shop and share a little experience with everyone.

🌟About the design of 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 , as far as I know, the shop was built by @kconcept.vn, a name that is also quite famous in the construction and interior design industry. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 is located in the central area, right next to the North gate of Ben Thanh market. The shop has only 1 ground floor, inside there are only about 3 small tables placed close to the wall and 3 seats at the counter, so the capacity in the shop I think is up to 9 people at a time. But in return, the shop has a wide sidewalk to arrange more folding chairs and small tables for those who like to sit outside. True to the name , the design inside the shop is quite dusty and has a nostalgic color, you will immediately see the wall mirrors inside the shop very similar to the mirror of the barbers on the sidewalk. , one of the characteristics of Saigon. The shop opens very early at 7am so it's convenient for anyone to buy coffee and cake on the way to work. I went to the shop twice - morning and evening, it must be said that sitting on the sidewalk of 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 at night is quite chill, although it is located in the front, but this road has quite a few cars, so I think it will be quite suitable. suitable for those who go in large groups, freely chatting without fear of too noisy traffic.

📋About the menu of 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 is quite diverse when it includes a full range of traditional coffee, machine coffee, juices, smoothies, mojito or even detox drinks. Besides, the shop also serves sweet and savory dishes to accompany. In the near future, the bar will also serve more beers, cocktails and snacks in the evening. The menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.

1️⃣𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 - This dish, I think it doesn't need to explain more. The 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 at 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 is quite good to me, the pasteurized milk is warmed to a slight degree of sweetness and fat, the espresso is also quite compact and fragrant, not too bitter like some places I've had. If you like 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼, give it a try.

2️⃣𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 - Also known as Light Coffee, this is the signature dish of 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 . Ingredients include special milk cream and a small amount of coffee for flavor. This dish has a light coffee taste, the milk cream taste is sweet and fatty, creamy, so I think it will be suitable for those who are afraid of being drunk with coffee but still like a little taste of coffee on the tip of their tongue😁.

3️⃣𝗧𝗿à 𝗖ú𝗰 - This dish is not too strange for those of you who like to drink tea anymore, I feel like the sweetness of the dishes at 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 is very moderate, not too sweet and this chrysanthemum tea is also good. so. The flavor of chrysanthemum is clearly shown, the shop also gives a large lump of flute dew in a glass for those who like to drink and chew at the same time. Topping is a few small chrysanthemums that look quite nice 😊.
