Certosa San Giacomo Capri
Capri, Italy • Entertainment
The Charterhouse of St Giacomo which was built in 1371, is the oldest historic building on the Island of Capri. Part of the monastery is currently a museum dedicated to German painter Diefenbach who is regarded as the "forefather of alternative movements" and one of the most important champions of the peace movement. His artwork is pretty dark and combined the mostly empty rooms of the monastery made it a bit eerie to be honest, but it was very interesting to see! The frescos on the church were also a sight to see.
