Located in Paju, the 'Design Vita' building on the ground floor of 'Deflat Paju' stands out amidst the chaotic and context-less buildings attempting to protect itself. From the crosswalk, a towering wall with minimal openings shields the building, an uncommon practice aimed at protection rather than exposure. This wall, seemingly in disconnection with its surroundings, actually practices a form of 'social distancing' with the city, allowing for life to continue safely without becoming desolate. The space between the building and the wall, coupled with a small garden, allows for contemplation within the city. Unfortunately, apart from the cafe, the rest of the spaces are inaccessible. However, the protruding windows and minimal openings suggest that the other floors also practice a form of appropriate distancing from the urban environment.
