“Intense space as if invited to the abyss”
Abysse, a restaurant specializing in seafood, will remain in my memory for a long time as an impressive design example of the restaurant's kitchen team creating great synergy when the concept of food and the interior are perfectly matched.
Abysse uses seafood for all courses and meat-free for all courses at the same time. Although several restrictions were placed on the concept created by themselves, it is not easy for customers to dine with their unique insistence in mind. I succeeded in creating a winning streak.
Although the food alone did not go beyond the general appreciation of deliciousness, if you think about it with space, Abysse's food has a strong harmony above all else. If food can go beyond a simple meal to a category of spatial art, I think Abysse is playing a pioneering role.
