Lake Ivanhoe Park's lake view restaurant Russell' on Lake. A restaurant where I liked everything from the perfect view, excellent care by the servers, and excellent quality food.

Ordered Soup of the Day, Rib Eye Steak and a glass of Italian sparkling wine. The soup of the day is vegetable broth soup with deep fried pork belly. Even though the pork belly is fried very well and served in the soup, the crispiness lasts for a long time. It went so well with the refreshing wine, I liked it enough to want to learn the recipe.

When ordering a steak, you can choose two sides, served with sauteed spinach and alligot potato. Served with a mushroom-based, very rustic sauce, and cooked to perfection on medium rare, applause. The heavy texture and flavor of meat are well preserved, and the thick thickness is also worth 100 points.

The windows were opened one after another during the meal, but the momentary lake breeze and the blazing sunset were like a movie, and there was no luxury. A perfect place to present good memories like a picture.
