El Pescadito is considered one of the most famous taquerias in Mexico City, renowned among Koreans for its shrimp tacos. Ordering one each of the shrimp, fish, and tuna tacos is recommended. The shrimp taco, despite its reputation, turns out to be overly salty at first bite. However, adding generously from the self-serve bar of mayonnaise cabbage salad and pickled onions, along with a squeeze of lime, creates a perfect match. The variety and richness of sides and salsas at the self-serve bar is particularly impressive compared to other taquerias. While fried tacos are salty, tuna tacos are surprisingly soft and moist, potentially more suited to the Korean palate. The pickles and raw vegetables are of very high quality, and it's fun to try different combinations. It's recommended to visit as if checking out a tourist attraction!
