mostaza®
Mexico City, Mexico • Dessert / Bakery
Mostaza presents a menu with a visual that anyone can't help but fall in love with at first sight. Although it claims to be European comfort food, in fact, the word 'Mostaza-like' is more appropriate for this place than 'European-like'.
Due to the pandemic, indoor seating is not available, and only three tables outside are available. To make matters worse, since it is a takeout service, there are no proper tableware, so only biodegradable plastic plates are provided, and drinks are not sold, so customers have to buy their own at a nearby convenience store or a wine shop opposite.
However, the visual and taste that all of this is forgiven... Isn't it already convincing with just a picture... The combination of dark chocolate, jamon, and foie gras on ink bread was an unexpected encounter of ingredients. But chocolate and foie gras make the ingredients sticky, and fruit and lemon juice wash away the greasy feeling, so it is a well-made dish that you can't find anywhere else.
Aren't you curious about the fact that you can enjoy a unique menu that can't be tasted anywhere else in the world in the narrowest place in the world? Recommended and recommended as a hidden spot in Mexico City.
