Hello, the place I'd like to introduce today is the Horseshoe Canyon located near Drumheller, near Calgary. Also known as the mini Grand Canyon, this rock formation is named after its horseshoe shape. Formed during the Cretaceous period, this stratum has been preserved for 100 million years and is of geological and historical value. The Drumheller area itself is renowned for numerous dinosaur fossils and includes a dinosaur museum, making it a great travel destination from Calgary.
