L'ARGENT ミシュラン一つ星 ラルジャン - フレンチ One Michelin Star French Restaurant
Tokyo, Japan • Restaurant
Across from the WAKO clock tower that anyone who has been to Ginza will inevitably see, lies the French restaurant L'argent, located on the 10th floor of the Sapporo building. It boasts spacious private terraces offering refreshing views of Ginza, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals. The food embodies the essence of Nordic cuisine, reflecting the chef's extensive experience in Northern Europe. Fermentation is actively used, making the fermented mushroom soup, interpreted through five different cooking methods, a specialty of L'argent. Although made with fermented ingredients, the dishes are not overly stimulating but rather have a mildly savory taste, which is definitely more suited to the area's characteristics, as overly strong and straightforward flavors may not receive as much love from the patrons. While the food is excellent, L'argent's greatest pride is its terrace, which offers the finest views of Ginza at night. It's a rare spot where you can take in the best scenery of Ginza's premier location. After finishing your meal, it's highly recommended to request moving to the terrace for desserts and coffee.
