I stumbled upon this cool vinyl store while checking out Cetinjska (a group of bars, cafes, nightclubs, and event spaces that took over an old industrial complex in the heart of Belgrade). This store sells more than 20,000 LPs and specializes in selling rare records from ex-Yugoslavia, although their collection has music from all over the world! I also think that at night this place turns into a casual spot to come for drinks and enjoy their DJing (the old-fashioned way of course).
