Crab Cuisine, Truly Delicious?

For this Chuseok, I visited a crab specialty restaurant in Gangnam called 'Ace Crab'. Honestly, I haven't eaten a lot of crab (henceforth referred to as 'crab') dishes in my life, so I had high expectations not just for the space but for the food itself before going to shoot this time.

'Food made with crab?' I thought.

But the food was sincerely delicious. I ate the most popular menu item, the 'Chili Crab Set,' and it goes without saying... the main dish of chili crab mixed with garlic rice and garlic butter shrimp was excellent. The garlic butter scallops weren't as good as the above dishes, but the cheesiness and texture of the scallops were nice.

Ah! If you can't eat spicy food, even the 'mild taste' is a bit spicy! That was the case for me!

And what was most important to me, who primarily shoots spaces, was the composition of the space more than the food.

Before going to shoot, I did a little research and heard that the main branch is in Southeast Asia, Cebu, Philippines.

I've never been to Southeast Asia, but while looking around the components of the space during my stay, I thought of 'Ace Crab' and would recall it if I end up eating crab dishes in Southeast Asia!
