When I travel, I always have something modest but specific I want to try at the destination. In London, it was eating a bagel without having to wait in line. Unlike the popular bagel shops in Seoul, where you have to queue to get a taste, I was able to eat a bagel in London without any wait. Although the taste and variety might be better in Seoul, visiting places where locals go made me feel like I was not just a tourist but had become a local.
