Villa de Panel, built by Panel Co., Ltd., which has introduced European furniture to Korea for 40 years, in Yongin, is a complex cultural space of about 3,000 pyeong, consisting of a warehouse, outdoor furniture, showroom, and bakery cafe. This MIND•FULL•NESS exhibition at Villa de Panel is maison suri's first domestic planning project, inspired by Eastern philosophy emphasizing harmony and balance, meeting the beautiful and leisurely architectural beauty of Villa de Panel. With Korea's emergence as a global art market and center for art, this exhibition reexamines the identity embedded in Korean art, highlighting various contemporary artists with unique DNA in their work worlds. This journey with 35 artists, engaging in various media including painting, sculpture, photography, and multimedia, offers an immersive multisensory experience, activating senses beyond mere visual responses through engagement with elements such as scent, light, and sound.
