Descending the stairs, one encounters structures reminiscent of apple trees and ponds, accompanied by large and small tables immediately accessible. Beyond these tables lies an inner area with a making session and a bar with about 9 seats. The menu primarily features classic recipes based on Calvados and the venue's signature recipes, along with a diverse list of brandies and whiskeys. The culinary menu also impresses with its high level of completion. Despite being in a soft opening phase, its unique interior, the smooth hospitality and mixing skills of the three owners have already made it a bustling hotspot.
