The world-renowned graphic artist Jean Jullien's first major retrospective, 'Jean Jullien: Then, There', will be held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza starting from October 1, 2022. Known for expressing everyday scenes with his unique, concise, and original style of drawing, Jean Jullien has filled every corner of the exhibition space with his drawings during the set-up period, actively participating in the creation process of the exhibition. The exhibition features a wide range of works from over a hundred sketchbooks he has kept since childhood to large paintings, sculptures, objects, and media art, offering a comprehensive view of the evolution of his work from his early pieces to his latest explorations.
