One of the places I absolutely loved when I had the chance to visit Bangkok for a few days. It still follows the familiar design style of recent years, making use of the existing structure of old houses, reinforcing and adding details that make the space both rustic and elegantly serene in its own way. Im En Villa is a complex of restaurants and cafes, the space maximizes natural lighting as much as possible, with a roof made of translucent materials and the remaining sides fitted with a continuous window system due to its prime location with two facades. Contrasting with the rough, time-weathered portion are the shiny, transparent glass cups and metallic cutlery sets. Coming here for a meal or just to enjoy a cup of coffee, you can't resist taking a few lovely photos home.
