In the vicinity of Yeongtong, Suwon, near Kyung Hee University, there’s a cheeseburger place called Massburger that has yet to become widely known but often turns first-time visitors into regulars. Massburger specializes in cheeseburgers, offering what many consider the most quintessential cheeseburger taste they've ever experienced. Apart from three options based on the patty, the modest selection of only four menus in total actually highlights their focus on cheeseburgers. The ideal texture of the buns, neither too chewy nor too dry, and the crispy patty topped with melting cheddar cheese along with a few pickles make for a truly classic combination. In a world full of visually stunning fusion burgers, this place introduces a rare traditional + authentic cheeseburger, making it a precious find. The small shop may be compact, but its clean interior and American-style decorations scattered around provide a somewhat exotic atmosphere. In my heart, the best chicken burger is in Seongsu's L'Unique, and the best cheeseburger is in Yeongtong's Massburger.
