The first-ever Gordon Ramsay Burger in Asia presents a high-end burger restaurant concept by the world-renowned Michelin-star chef Gordon Ramsay. Located not far from the entrance to the B1 floor of Lotte World Mall, the restaurant's exterior captivates with a signature flame pillar from Gordon Ramsay's kitchen implemented on an LED screen and a large '구' decoration at the center of the entrance. The interior enhances a futuristic feel with external LED flame pillars and interior LED lighting, complemented by retro seating that fully embraces the current 'newtro' trend. The luxurious materials and interior design make the space feel like an installation art piece.

However, be prepared for the pricing. There is a burger that costs up to 140,000 won, which seems mismatched for a burger but creates curiosity for its uniqueness, making the 'expensive burger' marketing effective. The signature 'Hell's Kitchen Burger' features flowing mozzarella cheese and thinly placed avocado. The inclusion of jalapenos and tomatoes with the avocado creates a nutty yet clean finish.

The 'Yardbird Burger' chicken burger, though less anticipated, was the most attractive menu item. The thick chicken patty with fresh coleslaw and radish wraps cut through the richness, while the Nashville sauce melded with the chicken patty for a deep flavor. Notably, the side menu was also appealing, particularly the 'Truffle Parmesan Fries' packed with truffle flavor, famous because it uses the product of Gordon Ramsay’s mentor, 'Pierre Koffmann'.

In response to whether I would revisit Gordon Ramsay Burger after paying a high price, my answer leans towards no, as there is 'Le Freak' that offers a life-changing burger experience at a reasonable price range. Despite this, the unique experience of the fries, which left an indelible truffle fragrance lingering in my mind even days after, makes me contemplate visiting again.
