As autumn approaches, this place becomes a destination for tasting its signature menu, the silverstripe round herring sashimi and salad. The menu varies with the season, but in fall, it exclusively offers the silverstripe round herring. The visual of whole silverstripe round herring sashimi already makes one's mouth water. Although the silverstripe round herring's fat content is still lacking, making for a slightly disappointing experience, its unique form, difficult to find in downtown Seoul, was also appreciated. It's a place with quite a waiting list, so it would be wise to call ahead before visiting.
