Located in Hannam-dong, the fine dining restaurant 'MOSU' was crowned with three Michelin stars in 2022. Innovative modern cuisine is led by Chef An Sungjae. From the amuse-bouche, the details of the flavors are delicately well expressed, pleasing the palate. The use of seafood left an impression of excellence, not only in the quality of the ingredients but also the thoughtfulness behind the pairing of certain side ingredients to create fresh and synergistic dishes. The service and handling by the servers and sommeliers were, of course, commendable. If you're curious about Korea's new three-star dining, it is highly recommended to visit.
