Every day, a limited quantity of diverse gourmet sandwiches is made with generously filled freshly baked gourmet bread with in-house cooked ingredients. Sandwich breads are also tailored to complement the fillings with options like potato ciabatta, Hawaiian bread, and fried ciabatta.

SABE's gourmet bread sandwiches offer a varied selection that can be enjoyed with one hand, including sandwiches, burgers, and brunch menus. Highlight dishes include the Sloppy Joe house burger with minced beef, onions, and cheddar cheese on Hawaiian bread, and the chicken curry onion sandwich mixing sous-vide chicken breast with curry sauce. Among SABE's reinterpretation of brunch bread dishes, the standout is the SABE Montecristo with freshly fried ciabatta containing soft melting ham, fresh mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
