Cartier Maison Offnile Experience - La Residence Exhibition Amid the shining buildings within Cheongdam-dong's luxury street, Cartier Maison announced its renovation and simultaneously held a commemorative exhibition. This exhibition, located on the 5th floor of Maison, operates by reservation only and admission is free. It is an exhibition where you can reconsider the style and history of creation that Cartier has walked through, through specially selected Cartier collection pieces and their histories, and understand once again why they are Cartier. The building's exterior, finished in a magnificent champagne gold color, accurately conveys Cartier's identity, making the building itself look like a piece of luxury jewelry. The integration of Korean elements into the splendid exterior, given its location in Korea's Cheongdam, and unfolding their own story was very interesting. I’m not usually fond of East-West fusion that doesn’t clearly showcase anything and loses the brand’s own colors. However, I felt a great charm in Cartier's confident approach to harmony. The hand-crafted wall sculptures feature the East and Cartier's iconic panther together, and oriental landscape paintings reinterpreted in their own colors show the high quality of Cartier with the added artisan spirit. It was an experience that made me naturally acknowledge the prices and revisit their dedication through the interior and the history of small pieces, maintaining their high reputation in this place and justifying their formidable prices. A display where you can feel the justified glamour is #CartierCheongdam.
