Parisians line up for this Ramen Bistro in Paris' 1st arrondissement 🍜🥃 @sanjo_paris
The ramen here is quite rich yet clear. Considering it's based on a chicken broth, it's surprisingly robust, but without any lingering aftertaste. The thin noodles are cooked al dente, making them pleasantly chewy—which is also quite attractive. Adding 7 euros gets you gyoza and yuzu ice cream, which is worth sharing if there are two of you, since the portion of ramen is already sufficient. I wanted to share the moan (or should I say, sigh?) of Parisians lifting the bowl to drink the broth after eating their ramen with chopsticks, saying it tastes even better that way. Hats off for recommending this place @younji1984, director Somji 🤍
