A pop-up restaurant at Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul, located on the 4th floor, 'Alain Passard at Louis Vuitton', impresses with its autumn garden theme dedicated to vegetable gardening. This pop-up is a continuation of the first-ever popup restaurant Louis Vuitton introduced in Korea last May. In collaboration with Chef Alain Passard, who runs the Michelin 3-star restaurant, 'Arpège', the staff, transformed into gardeners, join hands to freshly present the taste of autumn with fresh ingredients. It was great to taste various foods and desserts I had never experienced before. The interior, exuding luxury and elegance simultaneously, features architect Frank Gehry's signature curved glass windows, making it perfect for taking photos with the warm sunlight streaming in. Additionally, the photo zone in one corner of the space has the Campana brothers' Bulbo chair, which seemed ideal for taking the perfect shot. It was an unforgettable experience that taught me the true joy of gourmet dining.
