Day and Night Charms of Eunpyeong-gu Cafe
Sisu
Sisu, a new cafe and wine shop near Yeokchon Station in Eunpyeong-gu, is well-known among many. After a brief period of reorganization, the shop has reopened near Yeokchon Station, expanding from a small space in a residential area of Yeonsinnae known for its desserts. The space has significantly enlarged, shifting from focusing mainly on desserts to now offering coffee, wine, and goods. Visiting for different purposes day and night seems feasible, and being pet-friendly adds to its charm.
The interior has bar tables and seats for 2-3 people, with a beautiful coffee bar visible from the entrance. The simple space seems to match well with the owner's response. Its proximity to Yeokchon Station on Line 6, just a 1-2 minute walk away, makes it highly accessible. It felt good to enjoy morning coffee at this new Eunpyeong-gu cafe after a long time.
Coffee Bean
-Currently using a blend.
Coffee
I ordered the signature Sisu Latte, which allowed me to enjoy a nutty and sweet latte based on caramel.
Music
Sisu Coffee's music is colored with POP. The atmosphere of the space suits POP more than jazz. However, it might be nice to switch to calm jazz during the wine hours in the evening, but maintaining sentimental POP music during the cafe's operating hours shouldn't make the music a minus for the space.
