The Peak Tram

The sixth generation of the Hong Kong Peak Tram was unveiled in August of this year. Since 1888, it has been one of the most reliable forms of transport for heading up to The Peak.

On your way up, try to grab a seat on the right side. Sit tight, wave to the tram on the next track and enjoy the irreplaceable view of Hong Kong’s skyline.

On your way down, grab a front-facing seat on the left and marvel at the incredible feat of engineering as you watch the skyscrapers run parallel with the glass roof of your compartment.
