If you’ve ever visited Hokkaido before, you would know that the quality of their dairy produce there is top-notch, such as their milk. 🐄 There’s a cafe from Japan known for using this special milk in their coffee, and they’ve landed on our shores!

𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 Singapore is a specialty coffee stand that uses the same exceptional Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk brought it from their Japan counterpart. First popularised at their flagship outlet at Tras Street, they are also situated along the coast of Siloso Beach at Sentosa, the space is open-air with a small dining area; just a short walk round the corner and you would find the sea! 🌊

Japan is known for their delectable sweet treats, and the ones in Baristart are in no way inferior. The 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝘂𝗳𝗳 has a generous custard cream filling and is thicker due to the milk they use. The 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 is buttery and satisfying, with a profound taste of freshness. 🍳 The coffee is indeed creamier with the milk they used, and helps bring out the body. Pro tip, bring along a mat and you can have a nice picnic on the beach! 🧺
