The symbol of Samseong-dong, "InterContinental Hotel", has completed its renewal this year as well. The signature of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, the 'Lobby Lounge & Bar', has finally been graced with a tree that matches its 14-meter ceiling after the renewal, embodying 'return to nature,' 'balance,' and 'sophistication' in its design philosophy. The tree, completed through manual work by attaching 30,000 mother-of-pearl pieces on about 1,300 straps, brings a unique sensation just by looking at it.
