Soup curry🥘, one of Sapporo's signature dishes. Coming here and not trying this means you can't say you've traveled to Sapporo. Just after unpacking on the first day of the trip, I immediately sought it out. As many tourists have increased, waiting was inevitable, but I believe food is a big part of the travel experience, so I was somewhat expecting to wait. The chicken curry I chose is famous, not the usual thick curry we know, but the curry itself felt more like a soup and was delicious😋. You can choose the spiciness of the curry, and it comes with a crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside chicken leg, and various vegetables, giving the impression of eating healthy food that captures both taste and nutrition🐓🥦🥘. Having cheesy rice with savory cheese on top and 'Sapporo Classic,' only available in Sapporo, is not a choice but a necessity🍺👍🏻😊
