Seoul Forest's latest Kaisendon hotspot, Hoonyeon🔥. All ingredients are smoked with straw before being prepared. You might think the portion looks small, but you'll feel completely full after eating😋. 🥩 From the moment it's served, Hoonyeon's signature Kaisendon catches your eye, complete with sea urchin, salmon roe, and prime Korean beef. Unlike OXX Fisheries known for Kaisendon, it's unique because it includes beef tartare. The dish leans more towards beef and beef tartare than seafood. The special part is when you pour broth over it at the end to eat it like Ochazuke, which was a real delicacy. The umami taste is superb🤤. 🐟 The special Unagidon features a thick slab of freshwater eel, fully flavored with a smoky fragrance from straw fire, well-marinated with sauce, and melts in your mouth along with the fluffy sweet bottom layer, similar to castella. Felt totally nourished afterwards👍.
