Kokorokara
Mapo-gu, Seoul • Restaurant
KOKOROKARA, a bakery filled with heart, moved to Yeonnam-dong 🍮. Named KOKOROKARA, meaning 'from the heart' in Japanese 🧡, it's a popular spot for pudding, as seen in countless Instagram posts. Besides pudding, they also sell cookies and cupcakes 😋. The interior is decorated with charming little props and frames, giving it the warm feeling of a home. The banana pudding is generously filled with ingredients, making it more like a moist banana cream cake than a pudding. It is recommended to keep the pudding refrigerated for 3-5 days or frozen for 7-10 days 👍. Note that the cafe can't be used for just purchasing pudding; a minimum of one drink per person is required for staying 🥲. KOKOROKARA is having an event with TypeNumber from Sept 7-14, offering a sachet and postcard to every customer who makes a purchase, limited to 100 per day. They have paused shipping during the summer, but online orders are open from 8 PM on Thursdays to 8 PM on Saturdays weekly, with the lineup announced on Instagram 😊.
