Ah, so this is why everyone talks about Blue Bottle. This was my first visit to a Blue Bottle in Jeju, and I was amazed at the delicacy with which the white coffee was prepared in 5 different types, depending on the amount of milk. And the 'Latte' – why is it so delicious here? It seems like they've perfectly captured the most popular and ideal taste. The 'Gibraltar', with less milk allowing the strength of the espresso to come through, was also appealing. The Blue Bottle menu items that I thoroughly enjoyed in Jeju, including the 'Jeju Peanut Hotteok' which seems to be sold only in Jeju, were oil-free and savory.
