Rafre Fruit
Seongdong-gu, Seoul • Restaurant
RAFRE FRUIT in Seoul Forest uses the same apple mango as the Shilla Hotel. The season for bingsu is approaching, and I've been waiting for RAFRE FRUIT to reopen, and finally visited. It has reopened with a different feel from the store last year but now it's more spacious and pleasant. The view of Seoul Forest across the street is a bonus. The ripe Jeju apple mango bingsu... Why is it so delicious? With every bite of the soft milk bingsu, your salivary glands explode. It's pricey, but worth it for one per person. + I'm really looking forward to the plum and peach smoothies coming out in summer. You line up at the entrance before the store opens at 1 pm and enter after getting a tabling number. Arrived at 1 pm on Sunday, got tabling number 5, and entered at 1:40. (I chose to wait for indoor seating.) When visiting at 5:50 pm on Sunday, it had already closed for the day. Business hours are until 7 pm, but note it may close early if ingredients run out. Accompanying pets are allowed, and medium to large dogs can accompany on the terrace. All the menu is made with seasonal fresh fruits, and all fruit juices use 100% organic cane syrup instead of sugar.
