‘All the Ugly Cookie & Savoir Faire’ embodies the identity of American cookies.

American cookies, known for their sweetness, are not crispy here but rather oily and gooey, or moist. They boast the best taste by finding the golden ratio that perfectly matches Beurre Noisette, made from a blend of three types of sugar, including organic unrefined sugar, unlike the unconditional sweetness.
The ‘Coulee’ dessert, my first trial, left a memorable impression. ‘Coulee’, meaning to flow in French, is a cookie cup dessert made by stacking Brittany cookies with flowing types of cream. This is something you must certainly take one of.
The best menu item, White Macadamia, captures both taste and texture with plenty of macadamias inside, making it impossible to have just one.
With a wide range of products including cookies, coulee, and choux, I plan to drop by frequently until I try every item on the menu!
