A place to experience aged sushi omakase. The aged sushi was soft and savory, a standout. 👍 The highball ordered alongside was the cleanest tasting one I've had since Japan. More than anything, it was my first omakase in Japan, and I was deeply impressed by the culture of seriously enjoying food. Having a chef with an excellent sense of humor leading in a comfortable atmosphere made the meal enjoyable. Asking what 'delicious' is in Korean and repeatedly saying it was also a fun memory.
