Fukuoka is famous for its Yatai (food stalls). Especially along Tenjin Station and Nakasu River, a street of food stalls is formed. Unlike food stalls in Korea, which are a bit different, there are only small bar table-like seats, making the distance between the owner and the customers very close. Perhaps because of this, the atmosphere was strong with people chatting cosily. The place I stopped by had no Koreans, only Japanese who came for a light drink after work.
