It feels like you don't need to know about terroir and the producer; the flavors and aromas are intuitive, easy, and each wine has its own delicious savoriness. Especially the funkiness of wine bars that mainly deal with natural wines. Bar Picnic led the beginning of such natural wines. Beyond the savory sweetness of leeks in roasted leek potatoes, the flavor of Hanwoo in Iberico with shishito peppers, and endlessly indulging in roasted cherry tomatoes with sourdough. Light and refreshing food that pairs well with natural wines. Kind and affectionate staff. A chandelier inspired by Dries Van Noten's runway hangs over the flat long table. A precious way to wrap up the year 🫶🏻
