The ultimate collaboration between GFFG and CAMEL, Minute Papillon in Apgujeong, Seoul, offers authentic Spanish churros in a space decorated with velvet and wood tones that fully embraces the ambiance of an old theatre abroad. Currently, it's one of the hottest spots in Apgujeong🇪🇸. 'Minute Papillon' means 'Just a moment, please' in French, and, true to its name, the place was buzzing from the moment we registered to wait until we left. Waiting might be a bit too long, though,, 🤣🤣. The dipping chocolate for the churros wasn't just sweet but delightfully so. They tasted great both warm and after cooling down🍫. I mistakenly thought the Cinnamon Ribbon Milkshake was ice cream, took a big bite, and was surprised to find it was cream. It was surprisingly sweet with a scent reminiscent of banana kicks🍌. We visited the store on a weekday at 1 PM and ended up waiting over three hours to get in. The staff informed us they were looking at about an hour's wait for every 15 teams. Take note that packaging takes about 20-30 minutes after ordering😊. The seats inside aren't the most comfortable, so it might not be a place to sit for long, but it's definitely worth a visit👍.
