Billy & Otis is a new large cafe located in Yeongjongdo. It doesn't rely on ocean views, unlike other cafes in high locations on Yeongjongdo. The exterior might look a bit cold, but inside, it feels like a cabin in the forest, with a dominating dark wood tone and exposed concrete. It has a cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the warmth of natural light. It operates on two floors, with the second floor being a no-kids zone. The ground floor has more seats and a variety of seating options. Friendly staff and a range of bakery items add to its charm. The space manages to feel cozy despite its size, and it's a refreshing change from the typical ocean view cafes on Yeongjongdo. They use a blend for their coffee, and I ordered an Americano, which had a nice balance of nuttiness and chocolate. The signature peanut cream latte with almond cream was memorable. The music, an array of trendy Electronic genres, adds a refreshing twist to the space.
