Kith -Tokyo
Tokyo, Japan • Shop

Tokyo has many sights to see, but a focus during the coronavirus pandemic was on visiting newly opened commercial facilities and experiencing brands not yet available in our country. KITH, newly opened in Shibuya Miyashita Park, offered both. KITH is vertically organized into two floors. The 1st floor, centered around the POS, features sneakers on the left, fashion and accessories on the right, and beauty & original goods in the middle. The 2nd floor hosts 'Kith Treats,' selling ice cream. Sneakers feature reasonably priced items rather than highly exclusive, expensive products. A.P.C x Asics collaboration line and New Balance's US and UK lines, which required draws in our country, are available for purchase on-site. The clothing corner consists mainly of KITH's PB lines, emphasizing basic designs and colors rather than highly striking street moods. Sweatshirt prices start in the 300,000 won range. Considered buying one but skipped as I am not particularly fond of the brand. Kith Treats offers a seasonal special menu. The holiday special sprinkles raspberry powder on very sweet chocolate, priced in the 10,000 won range - seemingly costly for a cup of ice cream but justifiable given the quality. Whether due to high expectations or the improved standards in our country, it didn't feel remarkably attractive. Recommended for those looking to buy unavailable shoes in our country or planning to visit Miyashita Park. More photos and writings are on my blog (12.27).
