Ebisu Garden Place Christmas Illumination
When did Tokyo become this fun? Without even asking me - Part of a series (2)
✔️Unlike our country, Christmas is not a public holiday in Japan, so they don't do large-scale productions, but places that do celebrate, do set up lighting and decorate. Ebisu Garden Place's Christmas illumination is definitely a place to visit.
✔️It's located where the Ebisu beer factory was. The beer factory was relocated, and after 6 years of construction, it reopened as Ebisu Garden Place.
✔️There's a Baccarat chandelier in the center. It was created to commemorate the Ebisu Garden Place's 20th anniversary and Baccarat's 250th anniversary. It debuted in 2012 and has since become a symbol of Christmas at Ebisu Garden Place. The chandelier is 8.4m high with 8,472 crystals and 410 lights, making it a massive scale.
✔️The chandelier is also for sale, with a price around 4 billion KRW.
✔️There are many decent restaurants nearby. Trying 'Ebisu Stand Bar,' operated by Ebisu, 'Blue Note Place,' run by Blue Note, and New York's 'Peter Luger Steak House' would also be recommended.
