Kung Wo Beancurd Factory, rising to the best Michelin street food in recent years, is one of the most distinctive restaurants in Hong Kong. Operating for 65 years, it's currently managed by the fourth generation, following the founder's original recipe and preferring stone mills over machines for grinding beans. The tofu pudding, not utilizing milk or eggs, wins the hearts of vegetarians as a dessert. Its pale complexion is commonly sprinkled with orange garlic sugar, yet for those concerned about calories or keen to savor the tofu's intrinsic nutty flavor, enjoying it plain is also a splendid choice. The place handles a variety of soy products including soft tofu, tofu cakes, dried tofu, soy milk, and bean sprouts. It is easily accessible from the B2 exit of MTR Sham Shui Po station.
