Seoul's most glamorous Japanese dinner course, "Timber House"

Located on the basement level 1 of Park Hyatt Seoul, this premium vinyl record bar and restaurant.

Following the bartending promotion, this season features a Japanese dinner course and sake pairing utilizing seasonal winter ingredients.

Starting with smoked flatfish salad and chawanmushi with caviar, to sashimi and sushi, a stew full of seafood, and the main dishes of Korean beef sirloin grill and aged flatfish grill.

It's said that the Japanese master chef cooked the dishes himself, with a glamorous lineup that can make both your mouth and eyes happy.

The sake pairing, provided in three parts, maximized the depth of the winter seafood.

Perhaps, this winter, it could be the best dish to enjoy after work.
