Located in Rome, Salumeria 'Roscioli' is perhaps best known for the original carbonara, but it also offers high-quality deli meats and dairy products. The establishment features a variety of pastas, appetizers, and wine accompaniments. It also boasts an impressive Italian wine list. Fortunately, I visited during the white truffle season (November-January) and was able to order white truffles as well. Personally, it's one of my favorite restaurants in Rome, and I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy authentic pasta, carpaccio, culatello ham, and cheese plates with wine.
