Hello, this is Jinmaeum from Bobo's Story. Today was Monday, the start of a week. I went to clean a temporary house I'm moving to, but it was tough, and it didn't look that clean afterwards, which felt a bit futile.😅 I hope you all got rewarded for your efforts today!😄 The photo is of the Eedre noodles I ate yesterday~ It's a place I've visited several times because it's delicious, but I'm only posting a review now. My top menu choice there is Bomal Kalguksu, which I think tastes better because it contains maesaengi. Especially, the noodles seem handmade, which perfectly matched my taste. I've tried Bomal Kalguksu in three different places, and Eedre's was the best. However, the downside (?) is that maesaengi keeps sticking to your mouth, so you should eat it with someone you're comfortable showing a messy side to. 🤣 The most famous Bomal Kalguksu in our neighborhood seems to be Jungmun Soodooree Bomal Kalguksu, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. There seems to always be a wait time there, regardless of the time. So for those who find waiting annoying, I recommend trying Eedre's Bomal Kalguksu~👍 Have a comfortable evening, everyone~ I hope you have a warm and smooth day tomorrow :)
