A tea room where you can enjoy seasonal tea courses, Simji means 'Knowing the Heart'. Though simple in meaning, this place unravels various interpretations themed around tea, offering a time to get to know one's tastes. On weekends, they operate a reservation-only tea course serving a series of welcome tea, main tea, milk tea, and variation tea along with tea food. This winter's tea course is inspired by poems from the essay collection 'Warmth' by poet O Eun, quoting sentences that left an impression and allowing patrons to savor the stories, tastes, and aromas. Even as someone who prefers coffee, the time spent fully enjoying the tea course, imbued with the owner's care and affection in a comfortable and neat atmosphere, made me want to revisit several times to experience the new tea courses come spring.
